We are seeking skilled AI Engineers to lead the end-to-end delivery of Generative Artificial
Intelligence (GenAI) use cases. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience
developing AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) to address complex
business challenges.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather and refine requirements,
working closely with solution architects and project managers
• Evaluate concepts and architectures by developing proofs of concept (PoCs)
• Transition PoCs into production-grade solutions
• Maintain and enhance internal tools and frameworks, ensuring reusability and
making informed build-versus-buy decisions

Base Requirements
• Proficiency in writing production-level Python code
• Solid understanding of data science and machine learning fundamentals
• Hands-on experience solving business problems using foundation models, applying
standard AI engineering architecture patterns
• Experience with container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with software engineering best practices, with a proven track record of
delivering applications in professional environments
• Knowledge of commonly used AI engineering frameworks, including LangChain,
LangGraph, and MLflow
• Initial hands-on experience with cloud services such as Azure, Google Cloud
Platform, or Amazon Web Services
• Strong communication skills to gather requirements and present project progress to
stakeholders (minimum English level B2)
• High degree of self-responsibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving
environment

Preferred Requirements
• Experience with Machine Learning Operations (MLOps)
• Proven track record of developing and delivering multiple AI applications
